A yacht is lost with 4 crewmen aboard. What can Britain do? Send a RAF C130 Hercules transport aircraft with some men equipped with binoculars.

Why only with binoculars? Because the Tory government in it's great public school oxbridge wisdom scrapped all the Nimrod maritime patrol aircraft with their search radar and high resolution cameras.

New Measure to Increase Tory Numbers

As membership of the Conservative and Unionist Party, also know as the Tory Party plummets ever faster downwards, Tories leaders are considering ever more desperate measure to massage party membership numbers (less than 134,000 now, 2.9 million in the days of Winston Churchill).
Among measures being considered are:
Offering free membership to former Tories dead for less than 10 years.
Free automatic membership for pensioners who are also sufferers of Alzheimer's disease, they are naturally free to opt out.
Long distance membership for Romanians and Bulgarians who promise never to tread British soil.
Otherwise the future for the Tory party looks bleak. There are just only so many Hooray Henries, overpaid bankers, money launders, property speculators and oligarchs to go around.
